Dr Hoo graduated with a MBBS from New South Wales, Australia in 1998 and proceeded to obtain her membership with the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, United Kingdom. She received her Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery from KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital, Singapore in 2009. In 2018, she was elevated to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in recognition of her contribution toward women’s health.

Dr Hoo served the Ministry of Health in Malaysia for 10 years, working in various obstetrics and gynaecology departments around the country. She went on to complete her Masters in Reproductive Medicine with the University of New South Wales in Australia prior to joining Sunway Medical Centre to further pursue her interest in reproductive medicine and fertility treatment.

Despite the accolades she has received in her professional life, she considers being a mother to two beautiful children the pinnacle of her achievements. This inspires her to help other women experience the joy and fulfilment of parenthood.

Dr Hoo provides a full range of fertility treatments as well as gynaecological disorders such as endometriosis, fibroid, PCOS, abnormal pap smears and menstrual disorders.
