Poster Presentation Guidelines
Guideline for Poster Presentation
- Posters should be designed in portrait format, with the size not exceeding A1 paper size.(59.4 cm x 84.1 cm)
No landscape poster will be accepted
- Posters should include:
- Poster Number: xxx (top left-hand side)
- Poster title (top center), followed by Author’s Name, Institution, and Contact email address.
- Poster body with content (such as Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results (including figures & tables), Discussion & Conclusions, References & Acknowledgements.
- Any potential conflict(s) of interest must be disclosed on your poster.
- Ensure good legibility, with the following recommended guidelines:
- Lettering should be legible from 1m away.
- Use larger lettering for the Poster’s Title and Author’s Name(s).
- The font should be a simple, clean-looking typeface that is easy to read.
- Bullets may be helpful in summarizing information
- Capital letters and lower-case letters in combination are easier to read than all capital letters.
- On-site instructions
- Please check with the Helpdesk at the Secretariate located on Level 5 (same lavel as Ringwood Hall)
- We will provide you with double-sided tape to affix your poster to the poster board.
- The poster board will be numbered with your official poster number given to you earlier.
- Your poster(s) must remain up for the duration of the conference
