- All prices are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) inclusive of 8% SST
- Conversion rate of 1USD = RM4.80
- Hotel room accommodation, other optional social programmes and travel arrangements are not included in the registration fees.

Additional Group Discounts for Institutions
- For institutions registering 5 or more participants, special bulk discounts can be arranged upon request.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refunds will be made after the Conference as follows:

Visa
International delegate may need visa to enter Malaysia. Please enquire from our High Commission or Embassy in your country. If you require an official letter of invitation from the organizer please write to us.
Insurance
The organizer accepts no liability for personal injuries sustained, or loss of or damaged to property belonging to participants, incurred either during or after the congress. Delegates are advised to take/buy their own insurance policies.
Photography Disclaimer
By attending the ARTEV 2025 photographs and/or videos of you may be taken by the congress official ads/or photographers at anytime. Furthermore, you grant the congress organisers permission to use photographs and/or video of your likeness in any type of media, including websites and print publications, without compensation or reward.
